All ALKYMI jewellery is handmade to order. Please allow 7-10 days for your unique piece to be created. Once your order is ready, we aim to ship within 1-2 working days.
If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date we will do our best to accommodate, please get in contact at email@example.com to see what is possible.
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail tracked and signed for. This service is £5 on orders under £200 and free on orders over £200. Enter FREESHIPPING200 at checkout when you spend over £200.
Unfortunately we cannot post to PO Box addresses.
Items will be shipped once payment for the order has cleared.
Payment is accepted on the website securely, via Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and American Express.
We try to accommodate delivery to as many countries as possible. International orders will be shipped via Royal Mail tracked and signed for, and costs £12.
You will be responsible for payment of any extra duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery.
All our jewellery is handmade to order. Please consider this when you make your choice.
Please let us know if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase(s). We would be happy to exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, providing the item is returned to us in the exact condition it was received: therefore undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging.
Please note that earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons.
To arrange an exchange or refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
For your own protection, we recommend that you return the item using Special Delivery and insure them at the appropriate value. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, and the original postage costs will not be refunded.
